Steven J. Batta graduated from West Essex Regional High School in 1987. He graduated from Lafayette College earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991. In 1998, he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.
He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1999 and to the New York Bar in 2001. He serves as the Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Roseland.
