Albert C. Lisbona graduated from Clifton High School in 1959. He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1964. In 1968, he received his J.D. degree from New York Law School and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar. Mr. Lisbona is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Passaic County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Defense Association.
He presided as the Municipal Judge of the Borough of Totowa from 1978 until 2002. He holds the rank of Advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocates. In 1982, Mr. Lisbona was certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
