James D. Donegan graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in Rhode Island, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1996. He served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office from 2000 to 2010. He was an Associate in the law firm of Gaul, Baratta and Rosello from 2010 to 2016 and Litigation Counsel for MTBC Inc. 2016 to 2020. He was the Managing Partner of James D. Donegan Law Office from 2020 to 2024. He joined Dwyer Connell and Lisbona LLP in 2024.
