Donald S. De Dio graduated from Bergenfield High School in 1981. He attended Seton Hall University obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985 with “Magna Cum Laude” distinction. He received his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1988 and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in the same year. Mr. De Dio attended the Seton Hall University School of Law, Inn of Court, and successfully completed a two-year program in advanced trial techniques. Mr. De Dio was elected to the Bergenfield Board of Education as a trustee and served a two-year term. He currently holds the position of Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Little Falls. In 2003, Mr. De Dio was certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Mr. De Dio is a member of the American, New Jersey and Passaic County Bar Associations.
